Omar definitely deserves all 5 Stars and more. He helped me save over $5,000 from ignorant EZ Pass MTA where fines accumulated during COVID charging me $100 in fines every time I crossed the bridge or went through the tunnel. Their offices were closed and phone calls unanswered. Omar keeps in touch almost daily to remind on what responses to look for. He is also immediate to respond with any questions or concerns. I recently used Metro Resolution Services to help sort out an issue with NY EzPass, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. He was very professional and explained the entire process clearly. I was stressed about having to pay thousands of dollars and worried about my car potentially being towed, but Omar walked me through the available options and handled everything quickly. The process was smooth and much easier than I expected. He practically handled all the talking and paperwork.
