Omar definitely deserves all 5 Stars and more. He helped me save over $5,000 from ignorant EZ Pass MTA where fines accumulated during COVID charging me $100 in fines every time I crossed the bridge or went through the tunnel. I recently used Metro Resolution Services to help sort out an issue with NY EzPass, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. He was very professional and explained the entire process clearly.
